Aunt was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer

Hi, my name is Korey. You may know me as Qazwsx on r/gratefuldead. To start the story properly, I will start from the beginning. My aunt Pat lived with just her husband for years. Her husband, Ryan, was a Fire Warden, firefighter and EMT. They lived in a neighborhood where her husband was known by all. He was the acting Fire Chief, Police Chief, worked in the water department, etc etc. He did it all. Sadly Ryan was taken from us in May of 2020 due to complications of Covid and his health.

Fast forward to today, his wife (my aunt), has been living alone all this time. She is the most witty, funny, and crafty person you will ever meet. She is by far the most talented seamstress I have ever come across, she makes just about everything you see in their house, by hand. Shes an extremely impressive woman. Even while living alone shes constantly doing things in her backyard moving big rocks for her pond, living and caring for a 100 pound dog, and still getting time to do her crafts.

on June 26th, my aunt, texted my mother declining to go to Cape May for a day trip. This is extremely unusual for my aunt because she is always the type of person who is up for anything and absolutely adores Cape May New Jersey. My mom knew something was wrong so went to her house at her earliest convenience only to find her on all fours in her kitchen gasping for breath. Upon further inquiry my mom learns that this "happens all the time" and its not a big deal. You see my aunt has never been to a doctor in her entire life... sad to say, but true. My mom was able to get her to go and get checked out, but her diagnosis was something no one was prepared for.

After a few days in the hospitals and running tests she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. They also found a tumor in her brain and lung. She is the most beautiful soul there is and someone who is very near and dear to me. All I want for her is to find comfort in her last days (or of course beat it!)

I am asking the community for help, specifically the Dead community, because she does not want it posted online that she is asking for help. Shes that kind of person. I have sent her and her daughters just about all I can afford at the moment until I realized I could part with my record collection which I have started to do! In talking with some others from the community I was prompted several times if I had a go-fund me. So here we are!

I just want to buy her any equipment/furniture she may need for her home so that she can have all the comfort she could ever want.

Here is a list of some of the items I would like to purchase for her:
Elevated Toilet Seats
Bedside Commode
Bath Chairs
Transfer Benches
Handheld Showers
Grab Bars/Trapeze bar for getting out of bed
Over-the-bed table
Handheld shower

Thank you for your consideration and reading this. Please go home and hug your loved one, you never know how long you have with them. Thank you.
