Aus Men's Senior Team to World Skate Games 2022

We are the Australian Men's Senior Roller Hockey Team, selected to represent our country at the upcoming World Roller Games 2022 in Argentina Oct 24 - Nov 13. We range in age from 17 to 35 with a vast array of hockey experience. We are a multicultural team who plays a minority sport with a passion for fair play.

Australia WON the Asian Roller Games in 2018 and progressed to the WORLD SKATE GAMES 2022. This team will fly out to Argentina to compete against the best teams in the world. These guys are our family and friends, and we need help getting them to Argentina to proudly wear the green and gold for Australia..

They have NO FUNDING.

Each player must raise over $8,000 x 14 players/coaches. The total required is over $100,000 to attend the world games and represent Australia.

Skate Australia, the national governing body, has no funds to offer the team. We don't have a corporate sponsor, state, or federal funding. Is there something you can do to help us?

We understand that times are difficult for many people, and the world is going through tough times. We would be so grateful for any small or large donation you could give us. It means the world to us that you've taken the time to read our story. All funds will be used for flights, accommodation, registration fees and equipment. We pledge to bring you with us ( albeit virtually ) with regular updates and posts about our matches and experiences at the games.
