I'm trying to raise money for my son Austin, his fiance Ellie and their 3 children. They have recently come into hard times, with the loss of their home and unborn child. Ellie was 5 months along when her water broke. There was no way to save their child. This was devastating for them. Shortly before losing their child they found out that they were also losing their home. They were asked 5 years ago to move into Ellie's grandfather's house, in Wisconsin, after he passed. They have fixed up the premises, Austin had bought equipment in order to start his own business, then one of the children of grandpa Bob's decided to force a sale of the property. This was out of the blue not to mention Ellie's own aunt didn't care that she was kicking out her pregnant niece and 3 young children. They found out about the lawsuit 19 days before the court date. They had hoped the judge would allow them to sell the house separately from the 140 acres, in order to purchase the home and continue living there. The judge wouldn't allow it and said it must be sold as one. The judge gave them a month to have the property up for sale, leaving my son and his family with no where to live. They weren't given enough time to raise the funds in order to secure living arrangements and jobs back in Minnesota. Not only are they mourning, they are also stressed with trying to figure out where to go, the safety of their 3 children and how they're going to afford it, and the loss of my son's business. They were given false hopes by the family that one day they would own the house and in only a couple of short weeks all of their dreams were crushed
I myself have had many health issues and am unable to help. I wish I could, as a mother I want to come to the rescue. So if anyone can find it in their heart to help them , we would forever be grateful. The money would be used to secure housing and any lawyer fees they might encounter. Thank you!!
