My son

There is no worse feeling in the world than watching you child suffer in pain. My son has been through hell with his neuropathy due to diabetes. He went from a thriving 20 something to 85 year old man in 6 months. He was working hard and looking forward to buying or building a house. Sadly, all of that has been put on hold. We still have great hope but it’s one set back after another. The doctors are slow to help, the specialists take months to even get an appointment! His life has drastically changed. Some days he can drive, some days he can’t get out of bed. He hasn’t been able to work since May. He was able to get a few months of temporary disability but he’s been fighting since August to extend those benefits. So, he’s been without income for 4 months. His dad and I, and our partners and family have been helping him with financial needs, dinners and necessities. He continues to pay for his insurance through his COBRA plan which is very expensive. Those of you that don’t know him, he is a fun guy with lots of personality. He has a generous heart and loves his friends and family very much. He loves life. He needs your prayers. Please pray that his health will be restored, pray for his financial needs.

UPDATE..he has been released from his job, cutting off his insurance and any hope of temporary disability. He is trying to find the silver lining in all this.

If you could please lift his spirits and ease his financial burden. We are currently paying out of pocket for ALL of his medical expenses, physical therapy and a multitude of prescriptions.
