Austin Rieck Almeda Fire Relief

Donation protected

In the early morning hours of September 8th Austin was one of the many unfortunate victims of the Almeda Fire in Talent, OR. Though thankfully he was safe his town home and the entirety of its contents were a total loss.

Because of the fire's rapid advancement Austin was unable to save any valuables due to the road blocks that had already been put into place by the time he drove home from spending the Labor Day weekend with his family and girlfriend in Astoria.

Austin is currently living in a travel trailer generously provided to him by his Father and has limited provisions as he continues to work long hours with Pacific Power Company in order to restore power in the Southern Oregon region. He has acquired some work wear although since most of this is second hand it is ill fitting.

Any contributions will allow Austin to purchase appropriate work wear as well as provide funds to locate a new residence while his limited rental insurance claims are pending. Any donation would be appreciated to help relieve some of the stress and financial strain that has been caused by this destructive fire.
