Austin Taylor survived 60 ft fall from tree

Donation protected

Austin Taylor, 26 of Scottville MI, is terribly injured after his harness malfunctioned trimming a tree in our yard.  He was just about finished with the job when the rope snapped and sent Austin free falling 60 ft to the ground.

You could say he stuck his landing because he is still here with us today !!! Well, in a bed at Munson suffering major injuries including a broken lower back, two broken legs, a collapsed lung and a shattered pelvis.

Austin will be undergoing many operations to try and pave a path to recovery

Recently being laid off from his job as a tree climber, Austin picked up side jobs in order to make ends meet and provide for his newborn baby girl Brooklyn and step daughter Zoey.

Unfortunately our tree might have been the last tree he climbs.

With all of the love and support this community has to offer I know we can, at very minimum,  help ease some of the financial hardship Austin and his family are facing
