Australian Rodeo Queen Quest 2024
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Olivia Jade and I am excited to be showing up to introduce myself in the world of rodeo as the future Rodeo Queen of Australia 2024.
The past 10 years took me off track from the horse community, however, the past year by getting back in to it, and taking it more seriously, I have been able to see how my mind, body and soul have reconnected me into a whole being who is stronger than ever.
I would like to thank and acknowledge the other women in the rodeo community who have taken me under their wing, encouraged me, allowed & welcomed me to be a part of the barrel racing community.
Shown me such kindness, given me their time to ask numerous questions so I could understand, and I would really like to be able to give something back.
Those who know me, may know I have been off the grid the last few years, or MIA, battling my mental health and other challenges. However, I've come back grounded, stronger, and curious to pursue my dreams, and embrace this physical body whilst here on earth - what a gift!!
I wish to empower other women whilst I walk this once in a lifetime opportunity to compete for the prestigious title of, "Rodeo Queen of Australia 2024."
I have been involved in the horse, shamanic and Aboriginal communities, finding / healing myself and my identity.
Horses have given me my purpose and my future in equine therapy, therefore, I would love nothing more than to be an ambassador for the sport of rodeo and my community.
I believe there's a reason why queens wear a crown on their head, as their mindset is their most valuable asset.
"While a rodeo queen is a cowgirl, she first must be a lady."
The Quest is a non-profit organisation and all money raised covers the costs at the judging week, prizes, and an unforgettable journey to the USA (for the winning Queen).
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING ME ON MY JOURNEY - WIN OR LOOSE, THIS WILL BE AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE.
