Please help Nick and Crystal provide autism therapy and basic needs for their two boys (Ages 6 and 5) that have Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Due to a coworker’s negligence, Nick fell out of a boom lift 15 feet onto his back with a coworker landing on top of him. He sustained several severe injuries that left him unable to work. His company terminated him and did not report the incident when taken to local hospital. Crystal’s health issues prevent her from working as well.
After weeks, no assistance has begun and workers compensation doctors are yet to be available. Nick and Crystal’s needs are for Autism therapy, help with utilities, groceries, gas, and housing. Any help is greatly appreciate
