Autistic Vets Lodge Member Illegally Evicted by Landlord
Tax deductible
I am a disabled military veteran (USCG Unimak 397) who is raising money for another disabled military veteran from California who was illegally evicted per the recent news article about this unfortunate situation ((https://www.morningstar.com/news/globe-newswire/9327820/vets-lodge-members-in-multi-state-feud-with-hotel-chain-az-cops-over-crank-call-judicial-error).) that has led to a great man who has dedicated his life and career as a public servant who strives to help other disabled veterans who are being treated unfairly by the VA or other bad actors in civil society and the community, to become homeless after standing up for other disabled persons rights.
This person is a member of my Veterans organization, Veterans Recovery Network. He urgently needs a group initiative to stay in reasonable living condition, out of harm's way. It is a shame we live in a country where the men and women who put their lives on the line for others wind up in situations as this one (mob-like eviction practices that appear to be a former interest of Congress as the news article reads.
ABOUT VETERANS RECOVERY NETWORK
Veterans Recovery Network (www.vetsrecovery.org), a 501c3 and 509a3 organization is raising money for our organization's Fire-fighting Vets Program, which includes us giving out hotel vouchers, and hiring veterans who received firefighter training while in the military. We have a handful of emergency grants and resources available to victims of natural disaster and unavoidable crisis that people face in society today. There is no long waiting lists, or situations that result in extensive approval periods for an emergency grant required in a time senstive situation as the California Wildfires going on right now.
Any charitable contributions are appreciated. THANK YOU!
