Autumn's Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
It was on March 16th in the afternoon that I, Jessica (Autumn Getman's mom), and her little sister, Noreen, heard a knock on our door. A police officer had come to tell us the news that our daughter Autumn was found deceased in Rochester, New Hampshire. It was the news that no parent ever wants to hear. It was the news that has devastated our whole family and all who loved her.
Autumn was only 20 years old and was the oldest sister out of three girls (Daya, Leah, and Noreen), the younger sister of her brother Nesiroh, and the precious daughter of Bob and Jessica. Autumn graduated high school and cared for her brand new baby sister, Daya, that summer due to my illness. She became a full-time student that fall at YCC.
Autumn was absolutely beautiful, caring, funny, happy, charismatic and always wanting to be there for her family. She was an illuminating light where ever she went- her smile was undeniably contagious. Autumn was a blessing and a gift as a daughter; what a privilege it was to watch her grow and have her the 20 years that we did. She was faithful and loved her Lord.
Her dream was to speak at High School's and bring awareness to the dangers of addiction. She especially wanted her message to reach young ladies in toxic relationships. Autumn also had a heart for those with special needs. She had so much love, she would give it to all she knew.
Our family yearns to have the best of the best for our daughter in honor of her life. We are trying to raise $5,000 or more for her funeral and burial expenses. We appreciate any contributions you can give our family.
Autumn's favorite scripture: Psalm 139:14, "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works, my soul knows it very well."
