Hello, My name is Autumn Franks and It has been a great desire for my daughter Hunter and I to go on a mission trip one day to help others in need and spread Gods love.

Gautemala is a nation with little hope and dreams. It is the fourth largest malnourished nation. The food supply is so limited that mothers are feeding their children mud pies to fill their hunger pains at night, this creates stomach pain and health issues for the children. By age 10 most children are forced to quit school to help the family provide an income by working in the corn fields.

 We have the opportunity to join Mission Guatemala with First Methodist Church in Woodbury, Tn on July 18-26th. With your support we can go and spread Gods great love to a poverty stricken village, a village with little hope. We will work directly with the children and adults helping to build schools, work in the nutrition center, play games with children, praying, and loving them through our Great Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I take this mission very seriously and can't wait to serve God by serving others. I promise I will do my best to be the hands and feet for Jesus.

We are required to pay $700 ea (1400 total) by March 15th and the remaining balance by June 15th. A total of 1395 per person. The 2750 would cover airfare , food, and lodging for both Hunter and I.
