Help send me to South Africa!

My name is Mo Peacock and I am a lifeguard at Wrightsville Beach Ocean Rescue. This August at Lifeguard Nationals in Virginia Beach I performed very well in competition including the intense event known as Beach Flags in which I became a national champion.

Shortly thereafter I was selected to represent the USLA National Team. The USLA National Team will compete in Durban, South Africa against 10 other national teams from across the globe at the International Surf Rescue Challenge.

I am proud to represent Wrightsville Beach Ocean rescue and the USA in a sport which showcases our nation's best surf lifesaving athletes.

I am responsible for my plane ticket as well as a portion of the other expenses including lodging, event registration, and meals.
