Ava & Mason’s Apartment Fire Relief Fund

Hello, I’m Evangeline & I am fundraising for my friends Ava Momoli & Mason Hawley. On December 3rd, 2024, Ava & Mason’s apartment was destroyed by an electrical fire.

They had moved into this Toronto apartment together a few months prior & had just finished furnishing it (this was their first apartment). As anyone who has moved out knows, it isn’t cheap. Now, all of the things that they just bought have been destroyed either by the fire, the smoke damage, or the water damage caused by the sprinklers going off and flooding their entire apartment. Ava & Mason now have to stay in expensive hotels and Airbnbs while they look for a new place to stay. They also have a sweet pup, Moose, which makes it even more expensive and complicated to stay in Airbnbs/hotels due to the pet fee. I am starting this GoFundMe to help them out (for hotel costs, basic necessities & rebuilding). Any amount is greatly appreciated!
