Ava McCabe ❤️

Hi Everyone,

To know Ava is to love Ava! The McCabe family are the most kind-hearted, loving and generous family who have touched so many people’s lives. Now they deserve all the love, support and prayers for Ava as she is awaiting a Heart Transplant at Levine’s Children’s Hospital. Ava was 8 years old when she was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy in March of 2020. Over the past 3 years Ava has been in and out of the hospital being treated with medications and a heart defibrillator. Now the time has come where those treatments are no longer supporting her heart and she is officially listed on the most urgent, A1 tier on the heart donor transplant list. Ava will have to stay as an inpatient at Levine’s Children’s Hospital until she is gifted her new heart. We pray she receives the greatest gift she could ever receive as soon as possible. While Dana and Kevin continue to live in and out of the hospital with their daughter on this journey. I am asking for donations of any size to help McCabe’s through this marathon of a journey.
