Jodi’s Journey
Donation protected
Hello family & friends We’re asking for some help for our dear Mom she was recently diagnosed with cancer and will require extensive treatments, lots of traveling to her doctor in Pittsburgh and more than likely having to stay there for treatments. During this time she will be unable to work. We would like for her to focus on her treatments an not be worrying about anything else, especially finances. We would truly appreciate your donation to help our parents through this difficult journey.
A little back story about Jodi....
Jodi was born and raised in Shippensburg PA. A 1992 Graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Mother of three Miranda, Corey, and Derrick. Nanny to two Casen, and Declan. Wife of Sam McCleaf, A ER nurse at the Carlisle Hospital, and a friend to many. Jodi was recently diagnosed with Osteosarcoma a very rare, fast growing, an aggressive bone cancer. Since the diagnosis Jodi has endured a 17 hour surgery. Watch consisted of them removing the whole upper jaw, part of her eye socket, her septum , and part of her pallet. Then reconstructing her face with soft tissue taken from her arm. Jodi was in the ICU at Hershey Medical Center for a week with a feeding tube, on a ventilator, an had many other tubes and machines. Unfortunately they were not able to remove all the cancer. Jodi will now have to go through Chemo and radiation. Problem being the type of cancer she has is very rare an aggressive that there is not an oncologist around here that is an expertise with this form of cancer. Therefore Jodi will now have to go to Pittsburgh for treatments. If you could give a donation to help get them through this rough journey it would be greatly appreciated! Any little bit will help, If you can’t donate we understand please just send prayers. Thank you & God bless!
If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.
