Hi friends & family!
I'm creating this gofundme account for my sweet friend Cassie.
She is such a strong person who has been through so much and is being challenged by this terrible cancer for a 3rd time.
It started in 2017 after having an MRI of the brain from her constant migraines only to find a tumor on the brain. This led to many hospital visits, scans, multiple brain surgeries as well as continuous rounds of chemotherapy and radiation. What we thought was a break soon ended in 2019 when more tests confirmed that medulloblastoma (cancer) was back for the second time in three different areas in her body. After more chemo/radiation, shots, a stem cell transplant and numerous scans we began to have more hope that this was all over. Until April of 2021 Cassie did her routine checkup which resulted in receiving a scan showing that 4 legions came back of the same cancer. It is on her sternum, neck, upper and middle back. The next step is to meet with a DNA frequency specialist to see what the next steps are since chemo/radiation might not be in the treatment process. I will give updates when possible.
I'm sharing her story because she deserves to be heard as well as shown in many ways how much we all support her. Whether if you are a family member, a friend or even an acquaintance, sharing her story can help in so many ways. Donating can help even more. Any amount can help in so many ways especially with the amount of medical bills that will be coming, the time off work she will need along with basic necessities altogether.
