Avondale Elementary (Sponsored by MCCN)

Dear Colleagues,
Greetings.  Traditionally at this time of year we would all be anticipating gathering with extended family and friends to celebrate God's blessings during the past year.  As we all know that will take on a different form this year.  Another tradition that will be taking a new form is our annual toy drive for Avondale Elementary School.  I spoke with April Knight, the principle of Avondale, and we have an alternative plan, and the plan has a three pronged approach.  First, Mrs. Knight asked if we could donate/raise funds to purchase small gifts (such as McDonalds or Wendys gift cards).  These would be distributed to students as a reward for attending virtual class.  Next, she asked if we would be willing to adopt a family for Christmas.
