Avonte Williams - Funeral and Family Support

Our loved one, Avonte Williams (age 42) endured a lot of hardships health wise starting in October 2023. He suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized. While being hospitalized, doctors determined that he needed a heart transplant right away. Avonte remained hospitalized from October – December 2023, where he was finally blessed with a new heart. Tragically, he passed away on January 31st as a result of heart complications. We are looking to fly our beloved Avonte from Minnesota (where he was living) to Ohio (where the majority of his family lives), so that he can be laid to rest. Due to Avonte’s health issues, he was unable to work and was unable to cover many expenses, which has caused hardships for us as a family to try to assist him. With his sudden tragic passing, we are in need of funds to assist with burial costs and to settle out his affairs.

Avonte was a sweet, loving, family oriented, generous soul who would give the shirt off his back to help others in need. He leaves behind a 9 year old son who was his entire world. We are devastated at the sudden loss of our loved one and appreciate any contribution that can be made to help us in our time of need.
