Support Courtney's Battle Against Breast Cancer

My name is Kristen Wilson and I am creating this Gofund Me for a very special person to me. This is Courtney! She is 29 years young and just found out she has breast cancer. She is one hell of a hairstylist and person! I met Courtney when I was pregnant and we bonded like no other. She messaged me the day I was suppose to get my hair done ( would have been our first time meeting) but had to have an emergency D&E. I had Never met her but I consistently checked in on her because I could not imagine what she was going through as I was pregnant myself.

A few months later ( right before I got super sick with Covid at 34 weeks) she did my hair and made me feel human again. She checked in on me consistently knowing I had Covid and was pregnant. Again this is after our first time meeting! After having my little she fit me in the day of her newborn pics to trim my bangs on her day off and to meet my little girl. Ever since then she was my girl. My hair girl who became a close friend, who knew my work drama and life struggles when I sat In her chair. She was there for me whether it was to hand me a Kleenex, a glass of wine, or make me feel pretty again. I am sure many others reading this! So now we need to be there for her!

She has a beautiful little girl who will be 3 this year and a Husband who need her to be healthy and not worrying about bills. She has decided to do a full mastectomy and reconstruction. However, as an independent hair stylist if she doesn’t work she doesn’t get paid. She’s going to need time for surgery and recovery! I’d love to help her have as less stress as possible. Hoping this can relieve some of that financial stress at least!
