Alyssa’s Army

Hi, my name is Melissa and I am fundraising for my only child Alyssa whose precious life was taken on May 7th. Alyssa was my 23 yr old daughter that was kind, caring, spiritual and forgiving. Her heart and willingness to forgive others ultimately caused her life to be taken away!! On the evening of May 6th Alyysa left home with what was suppose to be her best friend. On the early afternoon of May 7th an officer knocked on my door to tell me my daughter had passed away!! My world was torn away from me! She was my only child and my whole heart! Alyssa's death was ruled "natural” and I along with many believe the law enforcement failed to investigate her death in a timely and thorough manner and ultimately failed my daughter! Immediately within hours of her passing I did my own investigation and from police body cam videos, text messages, toxicology report(nothing illicit in her sytstem) and among many other disturbing factors and I knew my daughters death was not accidental nor natural causes! There is an open investigation happening right now after it was prematurely closed to get Justice for my angel baby but I don’t believe they are doing it again in a timely nor thoroughly manner. I am asking for assistance to obtain the proper attorney, possible private investigator, possible exhuming of her body if necessary and another autopsy/toxicology done to prove my daughter did not pass from natural causes and to find out exactly what happened to her, have law enforcement follow proper protocol, and to get justice for her and other misc expenses/items & celebration of life. The 2 people I believe responsible for her death are living freely without a care in the world (even mocking her death) and my daughter is gone! We need justice!! If you can find it in your heart to donate or share I will forever be grateful! I miss my babygirl so much and still have not been able to grieve properly until justice is served!
