Help us Put the Roof on the AWDF House
Update
We are so close to finishing the rebuild of the Dolphin House - and we are so grateful for all your support so far.
We now are asking you to help to put the roof on and complete the house, ready to house volunteers and once again be the heart of research and conservation of Atlantic Whales and Dolphins.
We are asking you all to buy a roof tile for £1 and for that we will also engrave a quote/message/wish which will stay forever part of our "House of Dreams".
Please help us on this final step to resuming the volunteer programme you know and love.
When you donate, please tell us your chosen tile inscription and we will ensure that it is a part of the house forever.

Imagine a place that is the home to world-leading research and conservation of whales and dolphins.
Picture thousands of young people, volunteers, staff and academics in one place, trying to find their place collectively and individually in changing the world.
Visualise a global community, in one house, supporting each other to achieve the above.
This place was called the Dolphin House. Tragically, it was destroyed by a fire. Now we need your help to rebuild.
Why Should You Give?
Whale and Dolphin Conservation
The Dolphin House was the beating heart of the Atlantic Whale and Dolphin Foundation (AWDF) and, for 25 years, it has been a focal point for whale and dolphin conservation and research in the Atlantic Ocean, a pillar of anti-captivity activism and an educational hub.
Supporting Disadvantaged Young People
The house has seen over 15,000 people from around the world live, work and thrive. Equally the house is a place of sanctuary, a safe haven, for disadvantaged young people, who have often had to deal with extreme trauma, abuse or homelessness, to have time to reflect on their lives, discover their passions, build their self esteem, and have instilled in them the understanding of, and choices for, their life options.
The AWDF is immensely proud to play this dual role. We must rebuild to continue the vital work of the AWDF and to change the lives of young people.
Conserve. Educate. Inspire: Our Ambition
We don’t just want to bring the house back to its former glory. Our ambition is to:
· improve on our research capabilities to develop a project that is the blueprint to be replicated across the Atlantic Ocean
· cater for a broader range of educational groups through creative spaces and teaching facilities
· build our facilities to be even more accessible to volunteers with physical disabilities
· help more people than ever before to grow, learn and develop.
Your Support
Our ambition is significant, but with your help, we can not only continue our work with both supporting conservation efforts and disadvantaged young people, but ensure we thrive. We need to raise just £245,000 to make our ambition a reality.
Please help us rebuild, grow and thrive.
We ask you to please share this amongst your friends and family and if you want to organise your own fundraisers to help us reach our target, wherever you are, just let us know and we will support you, please email ed@fairearthfoundation.org
Thank you for your support.
