Hardship Fund for UFCW Local 663 Members

Grocery work has always been and remains essential in keeping our communities running. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we've risked our lives making sure our customers had food on their tables.

Now, nearly four years since the pandemic began, we’ve been bargaining for contracts that respect our work, protect us on the job and pay us for the work that we do.

Unfortunately, Miner’s Super One Foods in Baxter and Crosby, Quisberg’s Cub Foods in Baxter and Brainerd, Pequot Lakes Supervalu, have engaged in conduct that we believe violates our rights on the job. Employer proposals continue to leave the most vulnerable part time workers behind and have not kept up with inflation and rising costs of living in the Brainerd Lakes area.

We love the work we do. We just want to continue to do so safely. But we need your help.

We went on an Unfair Labor Practice strike over Christmas in 2023, and we continue to face hardships. Will you support us by donating to the hardship fund?
