On May 21st Jerry fell off a ladder. He broke many bones and hit his head which resulted in a traumatic brain injury.
After 2 weeks in ICU at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue Jerry was brought home on Sunday June 7th.
On June 15th at 11:40am Jerry passed away at home.
He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.
Funds raised are helping the family to cover some of the medical and nursing costs associated with his home care.
We sincerely appreciate all of the love, prayers and support we have received from Jerry's giant circle of family, friends, and co-workers.
