Hi, I’m Eshé, and I’m a 19 year old NYC performing arts high school graduate. I am a dancer, song writer, singer, conga drummer (since I was 5) and aspiring DJ producer. Music is my life and becoming a professional DJ & producer is my dream. My Birthday is May 5th, and this year, instead of gifts, I’m asking my family, friends and you to help me raise the necessary funds to continue my education at Scratch DJ Academy.
The Accelerated courses begin May 10th. Where I will learn music theory and song structure, scratching, timing, Serato and mix recording. As well as, critical marketing and financial strategies to effectively manage my business and career.
I was saving money from my job, but the gym I worked at was closed due to COVID. My dad got me the Pioneer's XDJ-XZ-N Limited Edition Gold, professional all-in-one DJ system, and MacBook Air, getting me nearly half way to my goal. The next piece of equipment I need is the Roland Handsonic Digital Percussion Controller which, combined with my percussion expertise, will set me apart from other DJ’s.

The Accelerated Program is designed for students committed to becoming a working DJ Producer in a condensed time frame. This program includes 100+ hours* of curriculum and lab hours. We meet multiple times each week and there are no breaks built in. We systematically lay the groundwork for you to become a crowd-ready, working DJ at the end of the program.

Roland takes digital hand percussion to a new dimension with the HandSonic HPD-20, a unique and versatile instrument that's ideal for a wide range of music creators, from percussionists and drummers to electronic dance music performers, composers, and producers.

Any donation of $500 or more, the donor receives free Deejay services at your NYC metro event (weddings, proms, birthdays…). Must redeem between January 2022 - January 2023.
Anything raised above my goal amount will go towards speakers and music production software i.e. Ableton Live.
