Ayden woods

Hello, my name is Tiffany Litton. I am fundraising money for my nephew Ayden woods. Ayden is 14 years old, he was born with a deformity called pectus excavatum. It is a deformity of the chest, he chest is concaved. Due to this deformity the bones in his chest are pressing on his heart, which has caused heart problems. Ayden chest is the worst case the doctors have ever seen. Ayden is scheduled for surgery in mid june. If he does not have the surgery done the chest bones will continue to grow and press on the heart and will be life threatening. The surgery he will be having is called the nuss procedure. It is where a metal rod is placed in the chest to lift the bones off the heart and to round the chest out. In ayden’s case he has to have two rods placed. I’m setting up this fund raiser to help raise money for Ayden’s surgery. Ayden will have to stay in icu for awhile and has a long road to recovery after surgery is done. I also would like to ask if you would please keep him and his family in your prayers. We are doing all we can to make sure Ayden has a long healthy life. He is the sweetest boy, who loves hunting, fishing and playing with his dog, Nala. We have full faith in God being with Ayden and the surgeons and preparing for this surgery and healing.
