Ayden's 3rd & Final Surgery

Ayden's 3rd procedure is happening on May 23rd. This is the final reconstructive surgery he will need, costing approximately $2,195 per Dr. Zambito's office. 

We're hoping, one last time, to raise some funds to help ease the bill of this final procedure. All donations received go directly to this surgery and helping Ayden complete what has been a very long process.
