Ayden's Army

Ayden is a sixth grade student at Lexington School.  She has been sick for sometime and in and out of Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital since November.  The doctors say she has a rare lung disease but they have not been able to pin point exactly what it is. She has had numerous test and genetic testing with still no answers. She has been diagnosed with bronchiectasis with damage to her lung tissue,  but still not clear as to what the underlying problem is. We are in hopes of getting in with a doctor in Philadelphia at Childrens Hospital. She has been entered into a program called UDN funded by the National Institute of Health. We are praying she gets accepted to this and finally have some answers. Right now we are raising money to cover medical bills, travel, and an air clearance vest that she needs to help with her breathing. Our family appreciates all your thoughts and prayers.
