Ayesha Mosque is currently located outside city limits with no access to water and sanitary services. We cannot offer daily prayers, we have limited education (da'wah) programs, and we use third-party locations to host community engagement events.

We need a new location: One that can allow us to offer the essentials of a masjid to our community members and their children.

With the help of Allah (SWT) and with your generous support, we were able to purchase 992 Fernie Road . The total purchase price was $1.58M. On top of your generous donations, we also had to run into getting Qard Hasanah (interest free loans) of $900K from others to complete the purchase of the land. We now need to pay off the debts. Your donation today will help us pay off the debt tomorrow, Insha'Allah.

About Ayesha Mosque

Founded in 2007, Ayesha Mosque serves 700+ Muslims in Kamloops and nearby areas. Located in Knutsford, outside of city limits, for 16+ years, the mosque is registered under the CRA and incorporated under the BC Society Act.

We offer weekly Jummah prayer, Ramadan Taraweeh, Eid events, childeren and youth Islamic programs and various Islamic services, including marriage and burial.

We often open our doors to the general public to bridge gaps between Muslims and Non-Muslims and have positive discussions and discourse about the role of Muslims and Islam in society. We paly a vital role in fostering cultural understanding and awareness by conducting Islam 101 presentations across diverse audiences.
