Help fund the US Women's Deaf National Team. USA Deaf Soccer Association is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. The USDWNT competes in the Deaflympics; the oldest international sporting event besides the Olympics.
The USDWNT are three time consecutive Gold Medalists (2005, 2009, 2013) and 2012 Deaf World Cup Champions. The squad's international record currently stands at 21 wins, zero losses, zero ties. 122 goals scored, 8 goals given up.
Why the $100,000 goal?
The USDWNT is starting a new Deaflympics cycle, from 2014 to 2017. The 2016 Deaf World Cup will take place in Capaccio, Salerno, Italy and the 2017 Deaflympics in Samsun, Turkey. Every resource available was used and exhausted for the 2013 Deaflympics. As of today, the USDWNT must start anew.
Where will the money go to?
The money raised will go directly to the USDWNT's account. For the next two years, the women's squad will be in preparation with many training camps in various locations across the country. The money raised will be used to pay for insurance and liability purposes, field rentals, van rentals, training kits, sign language interpreting services, and more. Your support will reduce the personal financial burden each of the players face.
Thank you for your support. Please help us spread the word and share the video about our 15 years of golden legacy of the USDWNT. Join in our journey to greatness while we maintain our legacy in international Deaf soccer.
