Ayuda para cuidar a Ricardo. Help for Ricardo

Hola, este es Ricardo. Hasta hace un mes y medio trabajaba como autónomo haciendo pequeñas reparaciones técnicas en casa y ayudando en el mantenimiento en un instituto de Jerez de la Frontera.

Se turnaba en el cuidado de su madre, ya dependiente, con su hermana Gabi, cada tres meses iban alternando tener a la mamá en casa.

A finales de junio, al volver a casa, Ricardo se dio cuenta de que había olvidado sus llaves y no podía entrar. Llamó a su telefonillo pero su madre no lo oyó. Desesperado pensando que le había ocurrido algo, quiso acceder al piso por el balcón en una primera planta, trepando por la fachada. Al llegar, una losa se soltó y cayó de espaldas sobre la acera.

Ricardo está en el Hospital Puerta Del Mar de Cádiz. Ha quedado tetrapléjico. La situación que vive su hermana Gabi es desesperada. Tiene que atenderlo 24h en el hospital porque no se puede quedar solo, y tiene que atender a su madre también dependiente. A todo esto hay que sumarle el tiempo que necesita para gestionar su nueva situación: invalidez, desalojo del piso alquilado en jerez, cuidados médicos de su madre…

En casa, la pareja de Gabi, está al cuidado de su madre, también dependiente y de su hermano, con síndrome de Down, ni siquiera puede aliviar a Gabi unas horas.

Ricardo necesita ayuda, alguien que pueda hacer turnos con Gabi para sus cuidados. No tienen medios económicos. Gabi estaba en paro cuando ocurrió esta tragedia.

Necesitamos tu ayuda, por poco que sea, para sufragar los gastos de un/a ayudante mientras esté en el hospital.

Llevan casi dos meses con un nivel de gastos extremos y la asfixia es terrible. El dolor y la pena por lo que ha pasado aumenta al ver todo lo que hace falta para cuidarlo a él ahora.

To all this must be added the time she needs to manage his new situation: disability, eviction from the rented flat in Jerez, medical care for his mother. At home, Gabi's partner is looking after her mother, who is also dependent, and her brother, who has Down's syndrome, and cannot even relieve Gabi for a few hours. Ricardo needs help, someone who can take turns with Gabi to take care of him. They have no financial means. Gabi was unemployed when this tragedy happened. We need your help, no matter how little, to cover the costs of an assistant while he is in the hospital. For almost two months now, the level of expenses has been extreme and the suffocation is terrible.
