Ayuda para la Familia Morgado - Helping the Morgado Family

Estamos colectando fondos para ayudar a la familia Morgado a pasar por un tiempo difícil. Nuestro hermano Nelson Morgado, papá de Matthew y Hannah, esposo de Juliana, ha trabajado manejando un camión de carga por algunos años. Recientemente, debido a una complicación medica, Nelson necesita una cirugía en su pierna que, no solo le va a remover de su trabajo por 2 meses de reposo, pero también le impedirá continuar esa línea de trabajo por el resto de su vida. Nelson y su familia necesitan la ayuda de sus hermanos y hermanas en Cristo, de su familia de sangre, y de cualquier persona que esté en una posición de brindarles una mano para atravesar este tiempo de prueba.

Estas situaciones nos pueden pasar a todos. Es importante orar los unos por los otros, y ayudarnos los unos a los otros durante los tiempos difíciles, y Dios se encarga del resto.

Para hablarte un poco de Nelson... los que lo conocen saben que es un padre amoroso y sabio. Buen esposo y amigo. Es maestro en la Iglesia Bautista Stirling Road, donde también sirve con su tiempo y recursos en la banda, y en cualquier otra area en que se necesite. Su familia es un fiel ejemplo de una familia cristiana que se propone seguir a Cristo lo mejor que pueden.

La Biblia dice que "no hay justo desamparado ni su simiente que mendigue pan", así que sabemos que Nelson y su familia van a estar bien, porque Dios va a proveer por medio tuyo, y de muchas otras formas.

We are collecting funds to help the Morgado family through this difficult time. Our brother in Christ, Nelson Morgado, father to Matthew and Hannah, husband to Juliana, has worked driving a truck for several years. Recently, due to a medical circumstance, Nelson needs surgery on his leg, with a recovery period of 2 months. This unfortunately will remove Nelson from his career for the rest of his life. Nelson and his family need the help of their brothers and sisters in Christ, their family, and anyone else who's in a position to lend a hand in this time of tribulation.

These situations can happen to any of us. It's important that we pray for one another, and we help one another during the difficult times, as God takes care of the rest.

Let me tell you a bit about Nelson... the ones who have met him know that he's a wise and loving father, a good friend and husband. He's a teacher at Iglesia Bautista Stirling Road, where he also serves with his time and resources in the band and anywhere else he's needed. His family is a faithful example of a Christian family that aims to follow Jesus the best way they can.

The Bible says that "(...) I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread", so we know that Nelson and his family will be ok, because God will provide through you, and in many other inimaginable ways.
