Mi prima Eugenia Malpica Ayala está actualmente pasando por un proceso de divorcio muy difícil. El tribunal ya le otorgó la custodia legal y física de sus 4 hijos, además del uso y posesión de su casa. Sin embargo, este proceso la está haciendo pasar por dificultades emocionales y financieras bastante complicadas.

Habiendo sido una ama de casa durante todos sus años de casada, sin una fuente de ingresos propia, no está completamente lista para comenzar este nuevo capítulo en su vida y en la vida de los niños que tanto necesitan. La situación emocional la sobrelleva con la familia y los amigos desde la distancia, pero la dificultad financiera se ha convertido en un reto de mayor envergadura. En las próximas semanas deberá comenzar a pagar las cuotas mensuales de la hipoteca de su casa, además de muchos de los gastos del día a día de sus cuatro hijos y de su persona, sin tener actualmente un ingreso fijo y sin contar con apoyo financiero de ningún tipo. Lamentablemente, la manutención que recibe por los niños es mínima en comparación con los gastos relacionados a sus vidas y actividades cotidianas.

Aunado a este peso financiero, sus familiares y amigos no nos encontramos suficientemente cerca para apoyarla físicamente en tan triste y difícil momento.

My cousin Eugenia Malpica Ayala is currently going through a very difficult divorce process. The court has already granted her legal and physical custody of her children, in addition to the use and possession of her house. Having been a housewife during her marriage, without any source of income of her own, she is not completely ready to begin this new chapter in her life and in the life of the children who need a big deal.
