Angel romero es un paciente Venezolano de 28 años de edad, con un antecedente de CÁNCER TESTICULAR superado hace 1 años 4 meses( octubre 2022) Recibiendo 37 QUIMIOTERAPIAS, arrojando en la Tomografía final, eliminación total de las células cancerígenas existentes.

Teniendo 1 año de control mensual, con marcadores tumorales libres de peligro.

En abril del siguiente año (2023) presento le dolor en la articulación coxofemoral, haciendo énfasis en la cadera.

Luego de 9 meses(enero 2024) determinan que la dolencia fuerte se debe a una "NECROSIS AVASCULAR DE LA CABEZA FEMORAL" CON DERRAME ARTICULAR, sin presencia de malignidad aparentemente , sin embargo el diagnóstico por el gremio de traumatología inclina que se debe realizar una primero intervención para tomar "biopsia" de la materia ósea interna en la cabeza femoral, utilizando amplificador e intensificador de imágenes y así descartar alguna célula maligna, teniendo un costo de 1500$. para luego proceder a la cirugía final que es: Soporte de cadera y fémur. que se considera la más adecuada ya que por ser tan joven es la que mejorara su calidad de vida al 100% y dicha cirugía tiene un costo de 7000

Angel is a 28-year-old man from Venezuela. He bravely fought testicular cancer and successfully completed treatment in October 2022. After 37 rounds of chemotherapy, doctors confirmed complete elimination of the cancer cells through his final tomography results. Monthly monitoring for the following year showed clear tumor markers, indicating no signs of recurrence.

Unfortunately, in April 2023, Angel started experiencing pain in his hip joint. In January 2024, doctors diagnosed him with Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head, which is causing a joint leak. Thankfully, there are no signs of malignancy.

To address this issue, specialists recommend a two-step approach:

Biopsy: This initial procedure uses an amplifier and image intensifier to ensure no remaining cancer cells are present. The cost is $1,500.

Hip and Femur Support Surgery: This surgery is considered the best option for a young man like Angel and will significantly improve his quality of life. The cost is $7,000.
