Ayudemos a Johnny a salvar su riñon

Hola, mi nombre es Johnny Montejo, tengo 44 años, soy padre de 3 hijos pequeños de 9, 6 y 1 año respectivamente, vivo en Maracaibo, Edo. Zulia, Venezuela.

Todo comenzó cuando noté que orinaba con espuma, vi un video en el que indicaba que los riñones estaban fallando si al orinar, la orina tenía espuma; me di cuenta que ese era mi caso y decidí ir a un chequeo con el urologo, el cual me indicó realizarme unos estudios.

Estos estudios indicaron que los valores de Creatinina, Urea y glicemia están altos . Los valores están tan elevados que tengo criterios para ser paciente de diálisis, También, indicaron que tengo cálculos renales, su tamaño es tan grande que no se movieron y obstruyeron los riñones y ureteres El cálculo en el riñón derecho tiene un tamaño de 1,9 milímetros, el cálculo en el riñón izquierdo 1,7 milímetros y otro de 0,9 milímetros. Debido a esto, tengo insuficiencia renal y he perdido la funcionalidad del riñón derecho.

En ningún momento, tuve algún síntoma aparte de la orina con espuma y cansancio, el cansancio lo relacione con el trabajo.

Recientemente me diagnosticaron: Litiasis e hidronefrosis renal. La litiasis renal es una enfermedad caracterizada por la formación de cálculos en el aparato urinario y la hidronefrosis renal es el agrandamiento de partes del riñón que recolectan la orina, lo que requiere cirugía con carácter de urgencia para desobstruir el riñón izquierdo que se puede salvar, ya que, el riñón derecho no funciona.

Si no me realizan urgente esta cirugía para extraer los cálculos estoy en riesgo de ser paciente de diálisis o morir.

Hello, my name is Johnny Montejo, I'm 44 years-old, I'm the father of 3 children (aged 9, 6 and 1 year old each), I live in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela.

It all started when I notices my urine was foamy, I saw a video talking about foamy urine and how it could be a sign of kidney failure, I realized that was my case, therefore, I decided to go for a checkup with an urologist, he instructed me to get some medical tests done for a diagnosis.

These tests were showing that my creatinine, urea and glycemia levels were, and still are, high. These levels are so high that I'm close to needing dialysis. The tests also showed that I've got kidney stones, they're very large, so large that they never moved and clogged my kidneys and ureters. The stone in the right kidney has a size of 1.9 millimeters, the one in the left kidney has a size of 1.7 millimeters and another one measuring 0.9 millimeters. Due to this, I have renal insufficiency and my right kidney no longer works.

I never had any major symptom or pain apart from the foamy urine and some fatigue, which I thought was related to my job.

Recently, I got a diagnosis: Nephrolithiasis and Hydronephrosis. I require an emergency surgery to extract these stones and unclog my left kidney, which can be saved, as my right kidney no longer works.

If I don't get these stones extracted, I'm at risk of dialysis and even death.
