Ayúdame a llegar Berklee University!

¡Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Yuth Canizalez, soy un joven músico percusionista Venezolano integrante de la Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar.

Nací y crecí en Venezuela, en una familia de escasos recursos al oeste de Caracas, desde muy temprana edad he formado parte del Sistema de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela. Gracias a este magnífico proyecto he recibido educación musical gratuita de una manera excepcional dando inicio a esta gran travesía de volverme un gran músico percusionista.

Mediante esta campaña, quiero compartir con ustedes la extraordinaria noticia de haber sido admitido en la prestigiosa facultad de percusión del Conservatorio de Boston at Berklee, he sido premiado con la Beca Presidencial la cual cubre la totalidad de mis gastos de matrícula y alojamiento en el campus.

Actualmente, Venezuela atraviesa una crisis económica y social muy dura, haciendo que nosotros los jóvenes artistas no tengamos un salario que permita una capacidad de ahorro significativa. Debido a esto mismo, a pesar de recibir tan increíble premio no cuento con los recursos económicos para cubrir los gastos indirectos que la universidad me exige para mi inicio de clases en Septiembre del corriente año

Estos gastos incluyen lo siguiente:

Mi oferta de beca me ofrece un monto total de $73,850 USD al año para cursar mis estudios la cual cubre la totalidad de los costos directos para Berklee.

Por otra parte los costos indirectos tienen un monto total de $6,183 USD el cual es el monto total de esta campaña.

Debido a estos gastos he creado esta campaña de Gofundme, su apoyo a través de ella no solo me permitirá cumplir mi sueño de estudiar en una de las mejores universidades de música del mundo, sino que también me brindará la oportunidad de desarrollar mi talento y contribuir al enriquecimiento de la cultura musical venezolana e internacional.

Hello everyone! My name is Yuth Canizalez, a 26-year-old Venezuelan percussionist and member of the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra. Since a very young age, I have dedicated my life to music, being part of the "El Sistema de Orquestas y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles de Venezuela", where I have received exceptional professional training.

With great joy and excitement, I share with you the extraordinary news of being admitted to the prestigious percussion faculty of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I have been awarded the Presidential Scholarship, which covers all my tuition and accommodation expenses on campus. This achievement represents the culmination of years of preparation, hard work, and unwavering dedication to my passion.

However, in order to embark on this new chapter of my musical career, I must face a series of additional expenses that, due to my current economic situation, are very difficult for me to cover.

Because of this, I have created this GoFundMe campaign. Through it, I seek to raise the funds necessary to cover the indirect expenses and student insurance required to begin my education at Berklee.
