Support Ayzal's Battle against E-Beta Thalassemia

At just two years old, Ayzal, has already shown us what True Courage looks like. She’s fighting a relentless battle against E-BETA THALASSEMIA, a genetic blood disorder that disrupts hemoglobin production, leaving her tiny body reliant on blood transfusions every 3–4 weeks and iron chelation therapy to combat iron overload caused by the repeated transfusions.

Despite her bravery and resilience, Ayzal’s healthy future relies on a “Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)—the only potential cure for her condition”. Sadly, our search for a fully matched donor within our family was unsuccessful, and an unmatched donor transplant isn’t an option in Pakistan due to its life-threatening risks.

The hope we so desperately need now lies in finding a fully matched unrelated donor. However, Pakistan doesn’t have an Unrelated Donor Registry. This leaves us with no choice but to look abroad.

After consulting with specialists, Turkey emerged as the best destination for Ayzal’s treatment. Turkey offers high success rates and more affordable transplant costs compared to other countries. The total cost for transplant is estimated b/w USD 75,000 - USD 85,000 approximately.
