Lawsuit Against Arizona Mask Mandates

My name is Joseph McGhee, I live in Flagstaff, Arizona, and I'm suing over mandatory mask orders.
I am deeply concerned by the unlawful and unconstitutional actions by elected officials in issuing orders imposing mask requirements throughout Arizona. These mask requirements, in addition to being imposed in the clear lack of any lawful basis under Arizona law, coerce businesses to act as law enforcement officers by requiring that they enforce these requirements. This places business at the risk of severe liability for civil rights violations in doing so. Liability which is not shared by governments or law enforcement officers who are immune to these lawsuits under the doctrine of qualified immunity.
I am not an attorney and I have never been an attorney, but I do have some background in law and litigation, and I have, as a self-represented litigant, filed a well-written and well-pleaded Petition For A Special Action in the Arizona Supreme Court seeking to nullify these mask orders.
I ask for financial assistance because I cannot in any manner afford to hire an attorney, and I have been going it alone throughout this difficult and highly time-consuming process.
The lawsuit does not seek any monetary damages, but rather seeks a ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court nullifying these orders, to end these unlawful mask requirements throughout the state of Arizona.
