Help Azafrán Catering rebuild from HurricaneHelene

We are Liza and Trovon of Azafrán Catering in Boone, NC. Our commercial kitchen in Valle Crucis was overtaken by the river during Hurricane Helene. It sits at one of the lowest points in the valley and took on much more water than we ever could have imagined. This kitchen is our entire livelihood and the flood is an extremely devastating blow to our small business. We need help replacing all of our essential items to run our business, including freezers, refrigerators, commercial ovens, and so much more. This could not have come at a worse time for us as we are right in the middle of our busiest season & Fall wedding season in the High Country. All donations will go to replacing equipment ruined by the floodwaters and getting the operations back up and running. Anything helps.

We love and appreciate you all and are gracious to live in such a wonderful community of people. We hope to be back to serving y'all delicious meals sooner than later. Please keep all of Western NC in your thoughts. ❤️❤️
