Help Bring Terri Home

Hello Friends & Family, Urgent!!! Request  Please Help Send Terri home to her Family  (Covid is Spiking once again )

Now is the time for all  of us to unite and lighten the financial burden on Terri L. Mosley and her family.

Unfortunately, while vacationing in Los Angeles, Terri suffered a severe abrupt stroke.
As a result, the stroke paralyzed her entire her left side leaving her without any control of her core, trunk, or balance, as well as the inability to eat solid foods due to swallowing difficulties. Terri requires 24/7 Care.

Terri’s, mom, aunt, brothers, (2) daughters, (7) grandchildren, extended family and friends all want her to go home to Indianapolis so they can provide her the rehab she needs to recover and show her all of the love and support that she needs through this difficult time. Please make a donation to help us get Terri home. Every dollar makes a difference. To achieve maximal recovery, stoke patients should begin a rehabilitation program as soon as they are stable. The sooner we have enough money to make this happen the sooner our beloved Terri, can start her road to recovery. We would like to complete this effort as soon as possible.

• Our goal is to raise at least $20,000 to assist with her medical bills and expenses to cover a Medical Flight from Los Angeles to Indianapolis where she resides.
• The family ask you to share this fundraising effort with everyone you know, please include your social media circle. Any amount helps to get her home.
• Regrettably, several rehabilitation centers here in California has rejected her due to her out of network insurance coverage.
• California has denied Medicaid assistance.
• Due to her critical condition, the facility she is currently in will not release her until we find a rehab in her home state, Indianapolis.
• The doctor said due to her condition, the only means of travel is by way of a medical airline transport service equipped with a medical bed, medical supplies and medical support for safe travel to Indianapolis.
• We currently have a flight quote/estimate (cost may change) from Angel MedFlight a retainer amount of $19,197.86 departing out of Long Beach, Ca arriving at Indianapolis, IN
