Get Eric Jackson back in Action!
Donation protected
As many of you by now have heard, one of your brothers has fallen. On saturday morning Eric awoke feeling hot and numb and when he tried to stand up he fell. Staying conscious long enough to call out to his girls ( thank god they were there) to call 911. Next thing he knows he's in an ambulance and they tell him he is in cardiac arrest, and are in disbelief that he is even awake! He was then taken to the ICU, had to have his heart shocked, and has been there until last night where he was transferred to UC Irvine, where they will continue to keep close watch on him.
They say he has a weak heart. That it is enlarged and over stressed. For all of you who know him this might sound like the perfect metaphor for him because his heart is so big, so full of love for those around him. Unfortunately, it's not just a metaphor.
Eric is like family to many of us. Always there to help and would give you his last dollar if you needed it or just to put a smile on your face. But now he needs us.
As a lot of us can relate, Eric does not have health insurance. And of course never expected this type of sudden incident to occur. The cost of the ambulance ride alone will cost a few grand. I set the goal high, don't let it intimidate you. Everything helps, even if its a dollar.
Better yet, your positive thoughts, prayers, and possible hospital visits to maintain morale would even suffice. Whatever you can offer, know that it is appreciated.
Gofundme makes donations really easy and it makes spreading the word very convenient. However, with all those good things there is fee, so if you have the time it would be beneficial to Eric if you either send a check or just go to paypal and send the donation amount on there to [email redacted]
Of course any donations on this site are more than appreciated I just want Eric to get as much out of this fundraiser as possible.
