Steven Jones Memorial Fund

I am writing this with the heaviest of hearts as Steven Jones had unexpectedly passed away at the age of 43 from a heart attack on the night of February 1st, 2021.
It’s not easy finding the words to describe how much Steven truly meant to us all. Not only was Steven an amazing husband and father of two boys, but he touched on the lives of the people he interacted with every single day as well. Steven had the biggest heart and the kindest soul. Steven always offered a helping hand and when someone would call, he would be there in a heartbeat no matter how big or small the job. He took a tremendous amount pride in the work he did for others, especially being an essential worker with PSE&G over the last 10 years. He would do any and everything in his power to take care and provide for his family and his loved ones. In his final moments he was doing exactly that, helping other neighbors shovel out their cars and cleared the driveway for his son in case he had work the next morning. Steven always put others before himself, and through his kindness, love, and compassion touched so many lives in his time.
Steven leaves behind his wife and high school sweetheart of 30 years, Christine, and two boys Jordan(20) and Thomas(14). He was the primary breadwinner for his family and consistently worked long hours and overtime to provide for his family. Unfortunately, 8 months ago Christine sustained a head injury in which doctors and family feared for the worst. The Jones family are left with medical bills / expenses and she is still pending upcoming surgeries due to this injury. This fund was created to help relieve the family of arrangements expenses, ongoing grief/recovery and to help them get back on their feet after such a grievous loss.
The family will update on information of a memorial celebration in Steven’s honor when everything becomes more clear and stable.
