Hannah’s recovery fundraiser

This is Hannah before she was shot on October 12th, 2018 in Homboldt, TN at 5pm. She was shot through her car windshield while driving and crashed into the house after being blinded. She was airlifted to Regional One in Memphis, TN for emergency surgery.
The bullet went through the left side of her nose rupturing her right eye and shattering her nose bone.
She was instantly blinded and the glass from the windshield got into her eyes.
The last thing she saw was him shooting her. She went into emergency surgery to try to repair her right eye, eyelids, and to remove the bullet and glass. She has lost sight in her right eye permanently and it was stitched back together. She will still have her right eye but she will have to get a glass eye to go over it. There is hope that her left eye will regain vision. She has another surgery that will be 8 hours on Wednesday 10/24 to help prevent her nose from collapsing. Which would cause her to suffocate. There is a risk that the pressure could cause more damage to her eyes and re rupture her right eye.
The doctors say Hannah will likely need several surgeries to repair the damages caused by this gun violence.
Hannah will use the funds raised to help cover her medical bills and living expenses because she is unable to work. To cover Uber rides to get to Doctor appointments. Also for a $2000 prosthetic eye.
This is a big life change for a 22 year old who was living on her own and trying to be independent. she also is going to therapy every week for trauma.
She is thankful to be alive and remaining very positive in-spite of what she has gone through. She sees it as a Great learning experience and test of faith.
Anything you can donate will help.
Much love
