Saving Rocky

Rocky was rescued a few days ago from an unsuitable living situation. He had been hit by a car a month before I rescued him which dislocated his hip and caused multiple injuries and lacerations on his body. His previous owners were unable to take him to a vet and he has been suffering since. Despite his injuries and dislocated hip he is still full of life and has a strong will to live. I'm trying to raise the funds to get him to the vet and get him his surgery to restore function in his leg and to relieve the excruciating pain he is constantly in. Please help me save him.
