Any Help Is Gratefully Appreciated

My name is Rachel. I’m a mother of two great young men and I’m needing some help. I’ve had a medical emergency that has kept me from being able to hold a job until recently. I was unable to walk and therefore unable to work and care for my children. I am single and the main provider for my family. My home is in dire need of repair and my car will also need help soon. I had to take out a loan in order to pay the bills and provide food for my family.

The amount requested will take care of the loan and put new tires on my car. Without my car I will not be able to continue my new job or provide for my kids.
