I'm the owner of B4B Earth Tea and im Currently been sue by the FDA, FTC and DOJ for my 100% Natural drink that was developed to supports the Immune system. My success is seen as a threat to FDA Approved drugs according to their complaint. 

we are now 2 years in the case and both of us are expecting to present to the court our Expert Report on my product’s safety and effectiveness. 

So far the USA Government claimed they haven’t tested my product or did any research on my product and their submitted reports shows that they have no data or scientific evidence behind this lawsuit. They wrote a report by reading my postings and watching feedback videos that were submitted by volunteers.(That’s amazing)

My expert report is due Oct 31, 2024. I look forward to present real scientific data to the court and would appreciate if you could help. All donations will go towards doing clinical researches to provide scientific evidence that my product supports the immune system.

we are 2 years in and so far no concrete evidence from the USA government that anything I’ve said about my product is False or Misleading. I know they can’t prove anything they’re accusing me of and I look forward to a trial or a dismissal.

This will my second research but first USA study since B4B Earth Tea was developed. Our trial done is India is being criticized because it was done overseas, so now I look forward to do one in the USA to avoid any objections from the USA Government. This research will be done by experts using approved process that is the Gold standard for laboratories in the USA. 

The study is to support the immune system and help with this issue. Over the years I have received numerous feedbacks so this study will be used to confirm feedbacks while presenting scientific evidence with B4B Earth Tea Immune Support. 

B4B Earth Tea LLC would like to be the first Natural product company to do research on issues before making any claims. From this issue #1 I look forward to do research with other issues from A to Z. With your help we can get the plan rolling soon.

As part of our future plan we are looking to do researches for other issues that has no cure or issues that keeps affecting us, now that the substantiation claims allows a product to market their success we look forward to do multiple researches and studies for this product one product. 

It’s amazing what our immune system can do and with money studies can be done to prove the possibilities.
