David's top surgery fund for April 29th

I never thought I'd actually do this, the fundraising OR the surgery, honestly. But I finally called an office and started to get the ball rolling, and I thought I'd reach out for all the help I can get for a surgery that will drastically change my life for the better. This is something I've wanted for 11 years now, and I'm finally ready to reach for it. Anything helps, even if it's just sharing to other people.
