JUSTICE FOR JORDAN WILSON                      Hello, My name is Yatrice Jones. I am the mother of 4 beautiful children. I have organized this Go Fund Me in hopes to receive assistance with Attorney fees needed to ensure that I have the best representation possible for this long fight for justice ahead. Please allow me to shed light on my new life. This summer my two youngest children did what any normal teenagers would do, take a trip. So off to Osceola, Arkansas from Georgia to visit their paternal grandmother they went. While visiting, my youngest son Jordan Wilson, age 15 was gruesomely killed by a 18 year old relative due to a gunshot wound to the head. No adult in this situation felt the need to contact me to inform me my son had been injured nor did I know Jordan was deceased. I only received a text message from the grandmother that my son was gone. The pain that my family and I are experiencing is unbearable. There are many unanswered questions. I am determined to find out exactly what happened to my son. Jordan was smart, respectful & so full of life. He surely did not deserve to be murdered by a family member who he thought cared about him. Your grandparents are supposed to protect you and be a safe haven, but in this situation they only protected themselves. Here I am preparing to take my kids school shopping and getting them ready for the first day of school Aug. 1, 2023, but instead of doing that I had to plan for a funeral. Attorney fees can be outrageous at times, I will greatly appreciate any act of kindness given to help me retain a good lawyer who isn’t afraid to fight for justice. If you are only able to just share Jordan’s story so we may bring awareness to this tragedy my family has now been forced to live with, will be helpful to us as well.
