Help the displaced families in Kandahar
While Muslims celebrated one of their biggest holidays this Tuesday, many of the displaced families in the Kandahar province of Afghanistan slept outside in the heat with little to no food to eat. These families had to leave their homes as violence escalated and claimed the lives of many innocent civilians.
In the district of Spin Boldak, alone, terrorists killed over 100 civilians and looted their homes.
This fundraiser aims to provide food and hygiene products to the displaced families from Spin Boldak and Panjwai districts. We focus on these districts as there are ongoing efforts by another group to help the displaced families from other areas in the province. We will provide the families with foods like flour, rice, beans, oil, as well as hygiene products like soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.
$100 can help one family for a month or longer depending on the size of the family.
“Being human is given. But keeping our humanity is a choice.” Please choose to keep humanity alive and help us in meeting our goal of $10,000 to be able to support 100 families in need. Donate as much or as little as you can, and please do not forget to spread the word and share this fundraiser with your friends and families.
