Help support Krystal Walton's family

Hi, my name is Lori Stridde. I was a friend/coworker to our beloved Krystal Walton. Krystal was a Radiology Tech at IU Health and she rocked her job! ALWAYS had a beautiful smile when she greeted her patients and she had a HUGE ❤️. She was a cherished employee/friend who is missed more than words could ever express. This has been heartbreaking for all who loved Krystal but especially her family.

Krystal's life ended suddenly and unexpectedly on the morning of September 16th due to domestic violence. She was shot several times by her youngest child's father as she walked out of the daycare where she had just dropped off her children before heading to work. She was a single mom who did everything she could to protect her children. Unfortunately, all of her attempts for help were not heard by authorities. She leaves behind two precious children, Kristopher (1) and Emilee (7). Her family was not prepared for this tragedy nor the hurdles that come with these circumstances. With that said, it has left her family with a lot of unexpected expenses. We are asking for your kindness and generosity during this unfathomable time.
