Gabriel Stackhouse Medical Fund

Gabriel, or Gabe as many of us know him, is a bright, young 7 year old with a very unique sense of humor, a sweet disposition, and a passion for collecting matchbox cars, a hobby he shares with his best bud, Colin. On July 4th, while many were celebrating Independence Day with barbeques, picnics, boat rides, and fireworks, Gabe was rushed to the ER with what appeared to be a severe case of the flu. A short time later, he was diagnosed with Meningitis. For the last 5 days he has been fighting extremely high fevers and excrutiating headaches and pain as the doctors and staff at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola helped ease his suffering through constant care and medication. His Mom, Michelle, hasn't left his side for one minute, and his dad, Kelly,  has been bouncing back and forth between the hospital and Gabe's 4 siblings, who have not been able to see their brother because of his medical isolation. The outpouring of support and prayers from around the world have been nothing short of amazing and have truly been the difference in Gabe's condition. Like many of us, the Stackhouses don't have health insurance and several individuals have expressed interest in providing financial assistance to help pay for medical expenses for Gabe which are approaching $20,000. I created this site to streamline any donations to the family.
